Who We Are:
We are the Viking Track and Field Javelin squad—powerful athletes dedicated to achieving excellence both on and off the field. As a close-knit group, we thrive on a culture of family, teamwork, and competitive spirit. This year, we proved ourselves as key contributors to the success of the WWU Track and Field team, achieving multiple NCAA National Provisional marks and scoring a combined 13 points at the Outdoor GNAC, helping secure a TEAM Championship! And, with the whole team returning this year we know big things lie ahead for the Viking Javelin Crew!
Our Goal:
We’re raising funds to invest in new equipment and to cover travel expenses for upcoming meets. These resources will enable every Javelin thrower on the team to perform at their best, ensuring they have the support and tools necessary to succeed.
Why We Need Your Support:
Despite our remarkable achievements, our budget remains limited. To continue excelling, we need to provide our Javelin throwers with the experiences and opportunities they deserve. Here’s how your donation can make a difference:
Our total Javelin fundraising goal is $2500.

Your donation will go directly to supporting the throwers on our team. Rather than distributing funds across our entire 136-member roster, your contribution will be streamlined to support your favorite Student-Athlete and their event group, the throws squad. This means your donation will have a direct and tangible impact on the person you’re supporting!
